Delivery

 

Delivery is available to the United Kingdom only.

​

Orders will be despatched within 3 working days.

Postage and packing charges are as follows:

2nd class delivery (3-5 business days) £2.00, free for orders over £30.

1st class delivery (1-2 business days) £2.50, free for orders over £45.

Returns and refunds

Refunds are not available for digital products.

​

Return postage costs will be paid by Pick up and Knit up to the amount of the original shipping cost, as long as a pre-paid label is requested first.

​

A full refund is available for any unused physical product, including the delivery charges, but only if the digital download code remains unused. If the digital download code has already been used, a partial refund less the cost of the relevant knitting pattern/instructions on the website, will be made. Refunds will be paid once the return has been received by Pick up and Knit, but please allow up to 10 working days for this to take place.

 

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Returns are possible for up to 28 days after the date of purchase.

 

There is the option to print your label at home or receive a QR code to print which can be printed at your local Royal Mail delivery office.

Please obtain a proof of posting when sending a return, in case of non-delivery, as refunds will not be made for items lost in the post.
